Lanterns

The fittings of a typical castle include lanterns of special construction for use in powder magazines. HAEF craftsmen have designed and reproduced quantities of replica lanterns for castles in Oman and overseas, including one modelled on an example in Seville, Spain, and another based on the British ‘two-way’ lantern of War Office pattern.
